At Tough Titties Co, we’ll do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. 💜📦

Order Processing

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During new drops, sales, promotions or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.

Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information for the latest updates on your delivery.

Please Check Your Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Please double-check your details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Any additional postage costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.

Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to Tough Titties Co because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or because it was not collected, the customer may be required to pay the additional postage costs to have the order resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Sometimes parcels take the scenic route. 😂

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us and we’ll help you look into it with the shipping provider.

Tough Titties Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Any remedies for damaged or faulty products will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
