Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Tough Titties Co gear, but we understand that sometimes you might need a different size.

Size Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return period for change of size only.

● Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

● Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.

● Returns are accepted for a size exchange only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

● The customer is responsible for all return postage costs associated with a size exchange.

● Replacement items are subject to size availability.

Glasses

Please check your glasses as soon as you receive them.

If your glasses arrive broken or damaged, please contact Tough Titties Co within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the damage.

Where permitted by law, the customer is responsible for return postage. Where the glasses are confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, Tough Titties Co will comply with its obligations regarding reasonable return costs and the appropriate remedy.

Glasses damaged through misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear after delivery are not eligible for replacement unless otherwise required by law.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and your order details, so we can assess the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights in relation to faulty goods under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Condition

For hygiene reasons, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, deodorant, perfume or other marks may not be accepted for a change-of-size exchange.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Exchange Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, we are entitled to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our 7-day size exchange policy applies to change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns only and does not limit your rights where an item is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Tough Titties Co reserves the right to refuse change-of-mind or size-exchange returns that do not meet the conditions above, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
